Privacy policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect on brutuscore.com, why we use it, and what rights you have in connection with it.

Data controller

The data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is Brutuscore s. r. o., with registered office at Lermontovova 911/3, 811 05 Bratislava – mestská časť Staré Mesto, Slovak Republic, company ID (IČO): 57114129, tax ID (DIČ): 2122585311, VAT ID: SK2122585311. For any questions about the processing of personal data, contact us at info@brutuscore.com.

What data we process

brutuscore.com is an informational website. We do not actively collect personal data — there is no sign-up, no e-commerce, and no contact form. We process only the following categories: server technical data (IP address, browser type, timestamp, and the page you visited) recorded automatically for security and operational stability; data from cookies and similar technologies according to your choice in the consent banner; and personal data you voluntarily provide in email correspondence (mainly your email address and the content of your message).

Purposes and legal bases

We process server technical data on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in ensuring site security and functionality. Cookies in the Functional, Analytics, and Marketing categories are processed only on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given via the consent banner on first visit and changeable at any time. Email correspondence is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to your message.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes. The only recipients are processors helping us operate the site: our hosting provider (server in the European Union), Google Ireland Limited (Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, only if you grant analytics consent), and the email infrastructure provider for info@brutuscore.com. We never transfer data outside the European Economic Area without appropriate safeguards under GDPR.

Retention

Server technical data is kept for a maximum of 30 days. Email correspondence is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, but no longer than 3 years. Cookie consent records are kept for 180 days (after which we will ask again). Retention periods for individual cookies are listed in the Cookie policy.

Your rights

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to access, rectification, or erasure, the right to restrict processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise any right, email us at info@brutuscore.com.

Complaint to a supervisory authority

If you believe the processing of your personal data infringes GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For Slovakia, this is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, www.dataprotection.gov.sk). For the Czech Republic, you may also contact the Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Praha 7, www.uoou.cz).
